Coming from a 13 Pro, which I also bought on BackMarket a year ago, I was holding out for one more year to see what Apple released and while I would love the battery life improvements the fancy Burgundy color, pro camera settings and the rest of the 18 Pro feature sets, paying $1799 for a 1TB phone was not something I was interested in doing. So I went with the almost brand new iPhone 17 Pro in Premium condition and saved about $450. I’m about 1 month in with this phone and first of all, what a nice upgrade from even the excellent 13 Pro. Very pleased with the new features. And then this particular refurbished iPhone from BackMarket and the reseller service provider who fulfilled my order, hats off to them. The phone came with a brand new battery 100% capacity and no cycles. Exterior cosmetics all brand new and the phone performs flawlessly. I’m very happy with my purchase and the phone. This is the 4th product I have purchased through the Backmarket platform, very pleased thus far and would use again.

As it was put as “good” condition, it looked almost flawless. There was almost no scratches whatsoever and a good 99% of battery was on. Such a good refurbished phone, will be interested to buy another!

The iPhone SE (2022) delivery was fast, it is in great shape. The battery has a maximum capacity of 100%. As I am only using the SE as an iPod, setup was easy. I used the SE all day at work and only used 50% of capacity. I have loaded my music onto the SE and organized the music using iTunes. I am very pleased with my purchase.

So happy to have a 13 mini back. Same GB’s and even same color as I’d had before. It was a mistake to try the iPhone 17; too big and too heavy. Researched reliable refurbished iPhones, and Back Market came up as one. As recommended, I also checked out the individual vendor’s reviews; good as well, with years of experience. Ordering was easy; arrived on date stated, and the battery at 92%, with (I think) an Apple battery, because I didn’t get the warning about a non-Apple part (they stated may happen with non-Apple battery) upon turning it on. Battery lasts about 4.5 hours, way less than the 17 which lasts all day. However, I recalled that pretty much is standard with the 13 mini. It simply does not have the battery power of the bigger phones. I expected it to get a bit warm while transferring my data from the 17, yet it never got hot. My phone plan immediately recognized the 13 mini without me having to do anything on their site. I’ve had it about 2 weeks now; and so far, so good.

It is a literal brand new phone. Came with original Apple charger and original Apple SIM card remover and Apple papers and sticker. Battery health 100%. Would highly recommend BEST4TECH as a seller. It’s as good as Apple refurbished.

The phone has no scratches and is essentially like new. The purchase process was clear and the phone reached within a few days.

This is the second phone I’ve ordered from backmarket, I recommend them to EVERYONE! Not only are they reducing waste, but you can’t beat their prices either!! I ordered the iPhone 12 mini in “fair” condition, and it showed up looking brand new with only a few teeny scratches on the body! For $150 you seriously can’t beat it. I’ve never had issues with the longevity of their refurbished phones, my previous one lasted almost 5 years. The battery capacity on this one is 80% and it has no problem getting through the whole day off a full charge. Everything works like it’s supposed to with zero issues! Hi, this is my second time ordering off of this app. This is not my first time buying refurbished phones or devices I decided to get something new and I was hearing that the iPhone 14 Pro Max still works pretty good in 2025 it came around 6 PM. Got here in two days. I love it. It’s much bigger than my 13 the maximum capacity came at 84% so it’s pretty good. I bought this in a good condition from looking at it. It has no scratches at all.!! will be buying again

My original phone fell, resulting in damage to the screen and internal antenna. Decided to buy this iPhone 7 until the new 18 comes out in September. Out of the box, even for a Fair phone, it almost flawless unless you examined it really close up. They also included a USB-C to lightning cable. Battery life was also 100% and lasts me way more than a day. Even though it's an older phone, I'd say it was worth the money as a good back up.

I wasn’t skeptical at all when purchasing this device and thankfully that worked out. The battery is great, it isn’t my primary device and more so for when I go on runs and want to detach from work. The battery life lasts all day and for a refurbished phone I feel like that is perfect. There are some scratches on the screen, hair line, not too big of a deal.

Phones working great. Battery life is much better than my iPhone 14 Pro. Plus this refurbished iPhone 12 is faster too. Will order again when the time comes!

Despite the delays I had because of my address, this phone came in a perfect condition with no sign of you at all. The battery had 0 cycle counts. Everything looks perfect and nice. I love it! Buying the premium option here is the best decision I made!
